Metal stamping parts are our usual contact more products.It is made by cutting,bending,punching and forming metal materials in die cavity under the pressure of die and punch press.So metal stamping parts in the production of what should be noted?
1.Regularly check the mounting base of die for punch turntable and stamping parts,and the coaxial precision of the upper and lower turntable.
2.Metal stamping parts shall be strictly inspected before installation and use,and the guide sleeve and mold of drawing stamping parts shall be carefully checked for good lubrication.
3.For the service life of the drawing and pressing parts,the spring of the mould should be replaced regularly to prevent the fatigue damage of the spring from affecting the use of the drawing and pressing parts.
4.When installing the die,stamping personnel should use soft metal manufacturing operating tools to prevent damage to the stamping parts when beating and crushing during installation.
5,stamping parts punch and die cutting edge wear should be stopped in time,timely grinding,otherwise it will enlarge the degree of wear of the die cutting edge,accelerate the wear of the die,reduce the punching quality and die life.
Metal stamping parts of the four common stamping process
Metal stamping parts is a kind of processing method with higher production efficiency,less material loss and lower processing cost.More suitable for mass parts production,easy to achieve mechanization and automation,with higher precision,but also convenient for the parts of the post processing.
General metal stamping parts,in the production process,there are four processing techniques:
1.Blanking:The stamping process(including punching,blanking,trimming,cutting,etc.)to separate the sheet materials.
2.Bending:The stamping process of bending the sheet metal to the Angle and shape along the bending line.
3.Deep drawing:the stamping process in which flat sheet material is changed into various hollow parts or the shape and size of hollow parts are further changed.
4.Local forming:The stamping process(including flanging,bulging,smoothing,etc.)in which the shape of blank or stamping parts is changed by various local deformations of different properties.
